Kelly A. Saindon, partner, joined the Firm in January 2008, a time of rapid growth and expansion for the firm. Saindon has extensive experience as a litigation attorney. Saindon represents a wide range of clients in federal and state courts, including professional athletes, small to mid-size businesses, insurance and financial services companies, close corporations, and individuals. She has experience in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including class actions, contract disputes, consumer fraud, employment discrimination, sexual discrimination and harassment cases, insurance coverage, shareholder disputes, business torts and other matters. She also has extensive experience in family law matters, specifically high net worth and complex divorce cases and paternity actions.

Saindon has successfully represented numerous clients in jury and bench trials. She is adept in dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. She has also represented clients before the Equal Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Labor, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations. Saindon has been quoted in Associated Press, the New York Post, The New York Times, Newsday, the Chicago Sun-Times, the Chicago Tribune and Daily Southtown newspapers. She appears as a legal expert regularly on national radio and television shows such as The O’Reilly Factor, CNN Headline Prime News, Your World with Neil Cavuto, America’s Nightly Scoreboard, The Live Desk with Trace and Martha, Studio B, Fox & Friends, Best Defense with Jamie Floyd, ABC7’s morning news, and Chicago Tonight.

Saindon has been appointed by the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois to represent clients pro bono. She also taught a Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Law Class at Joliet Junior College. Saindon is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Born and raised in Joliet, IL, Saindon is an active member of the Chicago community. She is the president for Y.E.S!, a Chicago Chapter of Dress for Success. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Chicago and Step Up Women’s Organization. Saindon is admitted to practice in Illinois and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and Central District of Illinois. She has also been admitted pro hac vice in various courts throughout the United States. She received her J.D. degree from Drake University Law School, and her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan.
